Are you not satisfied with our goods or have you received a damaged model?
Here we have described for you what to do if this problem happens.
Not satisfied with the goods?
You ordered the goods, but after opening the package you found that the model is not exactly what you were looking for?
Never mind, you are legally able to return the goods in 14 days after receipt of the parcel without giving a reason. Unless the goods are damaged!
Here are the steps to follow when returning goods:
1. Contact us by email: info@aerowalla.com with the information that you would like to return the goods.
2. We will inform you that we accept your return request.
3. Based on the information you sent us, please pack the model back in the model's original box, e.g. Herpa box, GeminiJets box, etc.
4. Pack the box with the model SAFELY in another box, stuff it and prepare it for shipping so that the model cannot be damaged during transport!
5. Insert the invoice that was included in the shipment into the shipping box with the model when it was delivered.
6. After packing and preparing the shipment for shipping, write the order number on which you purchased the model visibly on the top of the box.
When you have the shipment ready to be handed over to your chosen carrier company, please inform us of this situation so that we can expect the shipment.
After the shipment has been received by us and the returned goods have been thoroughly checked and are not damaged in any way, we will refund your money to the account or card from which payment was made. The refund will be credited to your bank account within 1-3 working days.
The refund will include the price of the goods + the price of the cheapest possible shipping according to our offer.
!!!All costs related to the return of the goods to us are paid by the customer!!!
Have you received a damaged model?
Did you open the box and the model was damaged?
Here are the steps to return the goods:
1. Please take a picture of the damage and send it to: info@aerowalla.com .
2. After receiving the photos, we will evaluate whether you are allowed to make a claim according to our Terms and Conditions.
We will contact you and inform you about the next steps of the claim.
Defects caused by the customer are not grounds for a claim.
Damaged model packaging does not have to be in 100% condition, it primarily is used to protect the model. Damaged model packaging is not a reason for a claim!
WE CHECK ALL MODELS THOROUGHLY AND IN DETAIL UPON RECEIPT INTO STOCK AND ALWAYS UPON DISPATCH TO THE CUSTOMER.
